Joe Larralde has been doing some extremely impressive & high quality Polynesian, Tribal, & Script tattoos lately as that’s just what he does! If you’re walking around Portland, Oregon & happen to see a really nice & black Polynesian, Tribal, or Script tattoo there’s a good chance Joe did it.
