So, Gordon Combs has a theory: two things that taste great on their own, should taste great together.
Today we conducted our first of, possibly, many tests of this idiots theory. Cinnamon Coffee Cake and Spicy Hummus.
Results: Actually, pretty good. The cinnamon complements the spices nicely, and the hummus adds a creamy texture to the cake, not unlike cheesecake.
So, there you have it.
