We want to you to know that we are here for you and also excited and eager to return to work! During this long break we’ve been coming up with new ways to return to business stronger and more prepared for the troubles we currently face.
AWR is tentatively scheduled to open with Phase 1. We are still unsure of when that will be but it’s a hopeful nod that it could be soon. With that said we are coming up with a COVD-19 release form that all clients will be required to fill out prior to their appointment. We ask that everyone please be prepared for there to be changes in the general operation of the shop. To name a few:
- Mask must be worn at all times when inside our establishment.
- Please during this time do not show up early for your appointments unless told otherwise.
- When you arrive to your appointment on time, please call our shop number, which will be listed on our door and someone will let you in.
- We will not be allowing outside food or drink at this time, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
- We are also asking that you show up alone to all appointments.
There are still a lot of details to be figured out and we are tackling them one day at a time. Since we are a street shop, walk ins have always been an important part of business that we love and look forward to. However, we are still hashing out details of how to properly handle them. For example we may allow same day scheduled appointments as long as all requirements are meant. Those requirements are not quite concrete yet but for certain will need to have a COVID-19 release form filled out and screened before setting up an appointment that day. We will have more information on this in the next coming weeks..
In closing, we miss all our clients a ton. We are looking forward to returning to work as soon as we can by any guidelines we may have to meet! We have always prided ourselves on the cleanliness and professionalism of our shop but just know we will be going above and beyond to ensure it is nothing but the best for everyone.
