Art Work Rebels is a custom tattoo studio in the heart of Downtown Portland. Shop owner Jason Kundell relocated the shop to Portland in 2009 and began putting together a crew of passionate tattooers. The shop’s location offers clientele the comfort of an inviting and uniquely decorated studio while also offering the convenience of all Downtown Portland has to offer.
