Our great buddy & tattooer Joey Armstrong is visiting from SF. He is tattooing all weekend for the No Foolin Tattoo special. It is always a pleasure to have him up for a visit & already getting some of these Portland designs tattooed. All weekend Portland designs $150 at Art Work Rebels.
